We are looking for a highly motivated and driven administrative assistant for our after-sales service to join our team. The position will be responsible for support and assistance with various tasks associated with sales support, administration, customer interaction, communication and interaction with other departments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, verbal and written communications skills.

You speak fluent English and have good level in Spanish. Chromatotec Group being a French company, French speaking is a plus.

Job Responsibilities :
• Spare parts stock management with the help of the Technical Sales-Service Engineer
• Administrative follow-up for customers and distributors in Americas : purchase orders, quotations, invoices, …
• Logistics management for import/export in relation with the French headquarters
• Reports, customers and suppliers data entry
• Assist with general day-to-day business administration needs in direct link with the Office Manager in Houston and the Head Office Management in France
Requirements :
• Minimum Bachelor Degree required, with preference with technical degree in Logistics or Commerce
• English and Spanish speaking, French is a plus
• Prior experience as Administrative Assistant, minimum 3-5 years
• Knowledge of Computers and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to multi-task
• Social skills, excellent communication, rigor as well as sense of confidentiality will be main assets.
