MEDOR Cl2 : Cl2 analysis at emission
The MEDOR Cl2 can be used in Waste Water Stations, in order to control the emission of gas Cl2 produced after the use of sodium hypochlorite.
The analysis of Cl2 at emission is requested with an alarm at 1 mg/m3.
The MEDOR Cl2 is a gas chromatograph with a wet cell for detection.
The intercomparison between different standards of gas Cl2 (cylinder, permeation tube and electrochemical gas generator) shows linear results on a concentration range from 0.1 to 2 mg/m3.
The stability of measurements is checked by the injection of the DMS (internal standard of the analyzer) at each analysis cycle.
