SULFUR COMPOUNDS ANALYSIS FOR ATMOSPHERIC EMISSION CONTROL IN A PAPER MILL

Paper mills use large quantities of sulfur substances in particular in the process of cellulose cooking. CS2 and H2S emissions are a real problem for the environment (toxicity, odors…) and are submitted to regulation.
Recently a papermill asked CHROMATOTEC to measure the emission of sulphur compounds to validate their bio filter washing systems.
